Who you're dealing with
Kineto is provided by HexaHub Business Services. Questions? Use our contact form.
Accounts
We set up each studio's account. The studio is responsible for who it gives access to and for keeping its sign-in details safe. Fees and plan details are agreed with each studio separately.
The studio's data
The studio owns the data it puts into Kineto and must have the right to collect it, including its members' consent to be contacted by email or any other channel Kineto offers. We handle it as described in our privacy policy.
Fair use
Don't use Kineto to break the law, send spam, or interfere with the service or other studios' accounts. We may suspend an account that does.
Availability
Kineto is provided as is and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
Ending
A studio can stop using Kineto as set out in its agreement with us. We may end the service with reasonable notice. When an account closes, its data is deleted as set out in the privacy policy.
Liability
We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, such as lost profits or data, arising from using Kineto. Our total liability is limited to the fees the studio paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute goes to the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Kineto means you accept them.
