Who we are

Kineto is a product of HexaHub Business Services, registered in Pakistan ("we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, email privacy@kineto.cc.

This website

• Contact form. Your name, studio name, email, studio size and message are emailed to our team so we can reply.
• Abuse protection. We briefly check your IP address and email to stop spam and repeat submissions.
• Docs sign-in. Signing in to the docs sets one cookie that keeps you signed in.
• Theme. Your light or dark choice is stored in your browser only.
• Analytics. We count visits with our own cookieless analytics.

The Kineto app

Studios use Kineto to run their business. A studio enters details about its members and staff, such as names, contact details, memberships, attendance, payments it records and notes. The studio decides what to collect and why; we process that data on its behalf to provide Kineto, including the emails it sends for the studio, such as reminders and receipts.

If you are a member of a studio, contact the studio first about your data.

Sharing

We share personal data with providers that help us run Kineto, such as hosting and email delivery, and where the law requires it. Your data may be processed outside the country where you live.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep studio data while the studio's account is active and delete it after the account closes, unless the law requires us to keep it. See data deletion for how to ask us to delete data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal data, to limit or object to how it is used, and to complain to a data protection authority. If you are a member of a studio, contact the studio first.

Children

Kineto is a service for businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 16. A studio that adds younger members is responsible for any parental consent the law requires.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
